This guide is to create an email filter for a single email account. If you wish to create a global email filter for all email addresses within the account, please see this guide here.

Follow these steps to create an email filter in cPanel:

1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Under the Email section, click Email Filters.

3. Under Filters by Users, you will see all existing email accounts. Click Manage Filters for the email address you are creating a filter for. 

4. Click the Create a New Filter button.

5. Enter a name for the filter in the Filter Name text box.

6. In the Rules section, you must set the parameters and conditions for filtering the emails. Select the dropdown menus to set the conditions and enter the value in the field. To add more than one rule for the filter, click the + icon. To remove a rule, click the - icon.

7. Under the Actions section, choose what you wish to do with the email. Select the dropdown menu to choose the option. To add more than one action, click the + icon. To remove a rule, click the - icon

8. Once completed, click the Create button.
