How to Transfer a Domain to Your MyDreamIT Account

Before proceeding, you will need to have your EPP code ready.

The EPP code is also known as a Registry Key, Domain Password, Transfer Code, Authorisation Code or Auth Info Code. (You can often retrieve this through the domain's provider, where the domain currently resides.)
It is a security measure enforced to allow the transfer of domains between registrars.
If you have a domain name ending in .au and are unsure of who your Domain Provider is, you can attempt to retrieve your EPP code using this link here.
For .com domains, please ensure that ID protection is disabled, and the domain is not locked to your current provider. Otherwise, the transfer will fail.

Follow these steps to transfer a domain to your MyDreamIT account:

1. Log in to your MyDreamIT Portal by clicking the MYDREAMIT button on the top right-hand side of our website. Alternatively, you can log in via this link here.

2. Enter your login information to access your MyDreamIT Portal. (These are the details you used to sign up with us when creating your account.)

What happens next?

Once the order is complete, one of our team members will process the order.

Note: For .au domains, once a transfer order has been processed, an email will be sent to the registrant contact (email address associated with the domain). The registrant must access that email and confirm the transfer to allow the domain to continue the transfer process.
By filling in the form, you can use this tool here to check the registrant's contact email. (This will be listed next to Registrant Contact Email.)
If the email listed is not one you have access to, you will need to contact the current domain provider to update the registrant contact email to one you have access to.
