You can renew your domain manually within your MyDreamIT Portal before the domain expiry date. If you have an active payment method within your account, and the domain is configured to auto-renew, an invoice will be generated within 14 days of the expiry date and debited within 72 hours of the due date of the invoice.

Note: Different domain TLDs follow different renewal periods. For example, .au domains can only be renewed within 90 days of the expiry date, while .com domains can only be renewed within 30 days of the expiry date.

Follow these steps to renew a domain from your MyDreamIT account:

1. Log in to your MyDreamIT Portal by clicking the MYDREAMIT button on the top right-hand side of our website. Alternatively, you can log in via this link here.

2. Enter your login information to access your MyDreamIT Portal. (These are the details you used to sign up with us when creating your account.)

3. Once logged in, click the Domains tab and click Renew Your Domain.

4. Select the number of years to renew your domain from the dropdown list, then click the Checkout button.

5. Review your order and payment method. Once reviewed, click the 'I have read and agree to the Terms of Service' option, then click the Checkout button.

Caution: Please note that domain renewals are non-refundable.

What happens next?

Once the order is complete and paid for, one of our team members will process the order. You will receive an email notification with the completion of the domains renewal.
