1. Log in to your MyDreamIT Portal by clicking the MYDREAMIT button on the top right-hand side of our website. Alternatively, you can log in via this link here.
2. Enter your login information to access your MyDreamIT Portal. (These are the details you used to sign up with us when creating your account.)
3. Once logged in, click Support on the left-hand side menu, then click Open Ticket.
4. Select the appropriate category for your support ticket.
5. The next page will allow you to fill in your ticket details. (The system will prefill your name and email address.)
You can select which service you are having issues with and the ticket's priority.
Low-Priority: General enquiries, account enquiries, migration requests, and other non-urgent hosting enquiries.
Medium-Priority: Account assistance, and general support related to hosting services.
High-Priority: Urgent issues that require immediate attention, such as security concerns, and functionality with your control panel.

Enter the subject with a brief title relating to your issue/query.
Fill in the message box with as much detail as possible. Our team can assist you better if you enter more information into the ticket.
Please include screenshots where possible.
6. Once completed, click the Submit button.
Note: Once you have submitted a ticket, one of our team members will respond shortly. You will usually receive an answer for most tickets within 15 minutes.
