1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Under the Databases section, click MySQL Databases.
3. Under Create New Database, enter the name of the database into the New Database field, then click the Create Database button.

2. Under the Databases section, click MySQL Databases.
3. Under MySQL Users, enter the new user's name into the Username field.
4. Enter your new user's password in the Password and Password (Again) fields, or use the password generator, then click the Create User button.

1. Log in to your DirectAdmin account.

2. Under the Account Manager section, click MySQL Management.
3. Click the Create New Database button.
4. Fill out the Database Name, Database User, and Database Password, then click the Create Database button.
Note: The database will have the DirectAdmin control panel account's username at the front of the Database Name and Database User. You cannot change this.
5. A pop-up will advise you of the newly created database.
6. You can also see the new database on the MySQL Management page.
