Follow these steps to cancel your service from your MyDreamIT account:

1. Log in to your MyDreamIT Portal by clicking the MYDREAMIT button on the top right-hand side of our website. Alternatively, you can log in via this link here.

2. Enter your login information to access your MyDreamIT Portal. (These are the details you used to sign up with us when creating your account.)

3. Once logged in, click the Services tab, then click My Services.

4. From your available/active services list, click on the drop-down menu (3 dots) associated with the service you wish to cancel, then click View Details.

5. On the right-hand side, click Request Cancellation.

6. Fill in the form to advise the reason for cancellation. 

7. Select whether you want the service to be cancelled immediately or at the end of your billing period. Once completed, click the red Request Cancellation button.
