You can add authorised users to your account, which will allow them to speak on your behalf.
To authorise a user onto your account, please follow the guide below.
Inviting the User
- Log in to your MyDreamIT Portal by clicking the MYDREAMIT button on the top right-hand side of our website. Alternatively, you can log in via this link here.
- On the top right-hand corner, click on your profile and select User Management
- Click Invite New User
- Enter the email address of the user you want to add to the account specify the types of permissions for the user and click Send Invite.
Once the invitation has been sent, the user will need to access an email titled 'An agent of DreamIT Host has sent you an invite'
User to approve invitation.
The user can follow the guide below:
- The email will look like the one below. Click the Accept Invite.
- This will open up a link in your browser, click Register (If they already have an account with us, they can click Login)
- Complete the form and click Register. Once this has been completed, the user will be authorised to the account.
