Please follow the guide below to set up POP import into your Gmail.

You will need to be already logged into your own personal Gmail account before you can begin.

• To add the account, click on the Settings (Cog Wheel) icon in the top right-hand corner of your web browser and click on See All Settings.
  
  
  
• Select the Accounts and Import tab
  
  
  
• Under the option Check mail from other accounts, click on Add a mail account
  
  
  
• You will be required to enter your email server information. You can use the following details below:
  • Email Address: Your email address you are wanting to add.
    
    
    
  • Select Import emails from my other account
    
    
    
  • Use the following server settings:
    • Username: Your email address.
    • Password: Password of your email address
    • POP Server: mail.yourdomainname (replace 'yourdomain with your actual domain name')
    • Port: 995
    • Check box the Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server setting
    • Check box Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail.
  • Once completed, click the Add Account button.
