  • How do I log into my control panel? 
    • There are a couple of methods you can log into your control panel.

  • Can I install WordPress on my account? 
    • Yes! We recommend WordPress, which provides better website growth and flexibility among hosting providers. Installing WordPress is as simple as clicking a few buttons with us.

  • I already have a WordPress website. How do I log in to the backend?
    • If you already have a WordPress website and it was recently migrated, you can log in using the default WordPress method. You can read here on how to do this.
    • Alternatively, we offer WordPress Manager, which allows you to log in directly within your Control Panel. To use this method, please follow this guide here.
  • I don't want to use WordPress. Can I use your website builder instead?
    • We understand that WordPress may be a bit more complicated, so we have introduced a DIY website builder for our clients who wish to build their websites. This builder is available on any of our web hosting plans.

    • You can also try importing your existing website over to our platform using our builder. To do this, follow this guide here.
  • How do I create a new email address? 
    • You can create as many new email addresses as your hosting plan allows. Our web hosting plans allow unlimited email accounts.

  • How do I access my emails? 
    • You can access your emails using many methods. You can log in through your webmail portal, control panel, or preferred email client.

  • Can I set up our email address on our phones/computers?
    • You sure can! Our services operate on IMAP and POP3 so that you can configure them for your preferred email client, such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, etc.
    • To connect to your preferred email client, you will require the server settings for your service. These can be located in your original hosting account information email; alternatively, you can retrieve them using our very own tool here

  • Can I create an email forwarder? 
    • You can create an email forwarder for your existing emails within your control panel.

  • My emails are going to spam; I am getting a lot of spam emails. How can I fix this?
    • Our services include a spam filter called MailScanner, typically a self-learning spam filter designed to protect our clients. Sometimes, the filter may need to be adjusted to find the optimal balance.
