  • Can I create Custom Nameservers?
    • You can create custom nameservers for your domain. You would whitelabel our nameservers.

  • Can I white-label my reseller account?
    • You sure can! Once your reseller account is active, you can upload your logo within the reseller, which applies to newly created accounts and accounts utilising your reseller packages.

    • You can create customised reseller packages/plans with assigned resources for your clients.

  • How do I create an account in my reseller?
    • Our reseller accounts are designed to manage multiple accounts. You can create accounts within your reseller.

  • How do I raise a Migration Request?
    • Did you know that DreamIT hosts provide free migrations upon sign-up? We also offer free ongoing migrations for resellers on the condition they meet the following conditions:
      • The server is active and accessible.
      • cPanel credentials are available.
      • cPanel's default backup wizard feature is enabled and functioning correctly.
      • The account has double the amount of storage that's currently being utilised.

  • How do I install the free SSL on accounts within my reseller?
    • Here at DreamIT Host, we offer free SSL to our clients. The SSL will cover only the records that point to our server.

  • I need to add/modify DNS records. How do I do that?
    • If the domain is utilising our nameservers (or custom nameservers that are white-labelled from ours), you can adjust/manage the DNS records from the account within your reseller.

  • Can I install WordPress on my account? 
    • Yes! We recommend WordPress, which provides better website growth and flexibility among hosting providers. Installing WordPress is as simple as clicking a few buttons with us.

  • How do I create a new email address? 
    • You can create email addresses within the control panel.

  • How can I find the server settings for my clients?
    • With DreamIT, we recommend utilising customised hostname settings for best practice. This will ensure that the end user will have minimal involvement in future transitions, as the IP changes will be performed on the DNS record in the backend.

  • My client's incoming emails are going to spam; I am getting a lot of spam emails. How can I fix this?
    • Our services include a spam filter called MailScanner, typically a self-learning spam filter designed to protect our clients. Sometimes, the filter may need to be adjusted to find the optimal balance.
