Follow these steps to restore your email(s) with Acronis in cPanel:
1. Log in to your cPanel account.
For instructions on how to log in to your cPanel account, please click here.
2. Under the Files section, click Acronis Backup.
3. This page will show a list of timestamps for the backups available. Select the time stamp period for the email(s) you wish to restore.
4. Different types of backups will be listed; click Mailboxes.
5. Select the tickboxes for the list of emails you want to restore and click Recover.
6. Click the Start recovery
Note: Do not enable the Delete any emails that were created after the backup option. This will delete any newly received emails after the backup generated time.
