Follow these steps to reset your MyDreamIT password:

1. Go to our URL login page: https://my.dreamithost.com.au/login.

2. Click Forgotten Your Password? link.

3. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click the Submit button.

4. Once you have requested the password reset, access your email address and locate the email titled 'Reset your MyDreamIT password'.

5. The email will be from hello@dreamithost.com.au. See the contents below.

(1) Click the Reset your password link. A new webpage will open.
(2) If the Reset your password link does not work, copy and paste the entire URL into your web browser.

6. Enter and confirm your new password, then click the Save Changes button.

Note: If you previously set up a security question, you will need to answer the question before being able to proceed. The answer is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly how it was initially.

7. You will receive a password reset confirmation email. Click the Click here link to proceed to log in to your account.
