Caution: If you have files or a website that references the database, modifying the database name can break the website/cause issues with files referencing the incorrect database.
1. Log in to your DirectAdmin account.

2. Under the Account Manager section, click MySQL Management.
3. Click the database name that you wish to modify.
4. Under the Users section, click Change Password to modify the database user password.
5. Enter your new database password, then click the Save button.
6. Under the Users section, click Modify Privileges to modify the database user privileges.
7. Tick/untick the privileges for the user, then click the Save button.
