This guide is to modify a global email filter for all email addresses within the account. If you wish to modify an email filter for a single email account, please see this guide here.
1. Log in to your cPanel account.

2. Under the Email section, click Global Email Filters.
3. Under Current Filters, click Edit.
4. Enter a name for the filter in the Filter Name text box.
5. In the Rules section, you must set the parameters and conditions for filtering the emails. Select the dropdown menus to set the conditions and enter the value in the field. To add more than one rule for the filter, click the + icon. To remove a rule, click the - icon.
6. Under the Actions section, choose what you wish to do with the email. Select the dropdown menu to choose the option. To add more than one action, click the + icon. To remove a rule, click the - icon.
7. Once completed, click the Save button.
