How to Change the Disk Space for an Existing Account

Follow these steps to change the disk space for an existing account in cPanel WHM:

 

1. Log in to your WHM account.

2. Once logged in, under Favorites, click List Accounts.

Note: You can also access this function on the left-hand side panel. Click Account Information, then click List Accounts from the dropdown list.

3. Look for the account you want to change the disk quota for, then click the + symbol for that account.

4. Additional settings will open for that account. Click the Change Quota button.

5. Your disk quota options will open. Here, you can modify the storage amount. Once you have entered your preferred amount, click the Save button.

Follow these steps to change the disk space for an existing account in DirectAdmin:

 

1. Log in to your DirectAdmin Reseller account.

2. Once logged in, click Account Manager, then click List Users from the dropdown list.

3. Click on the username of the account you wish to modify.

4. Click on the Modify tab.

5. Scroll down to the heading Manually Change Settings and adjust the value for Disk Space (MB).

6. Once you have entered your preferred amount, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
